These are patients with extensive existing and ongoing dental breakdown and are either uninsured or underinsured. This financial burden leads to prolonged avoidance of treatment leading to higher costs and inferior outcomes. Trinity Dental Foundation is a (501c3) tax-qualified charity connecting donors with patients and providers. Qualified patients can receive complete treatment by sharing the cost of care 1/3rd their responsibility, with Trinity contributing 1/3rd and providers discount of 1/3rd.”
